Yes you will need to supply your own padlock. We have stainless steel high security padlocks for sale at our facility.

Yes, we have boxes for sale and other packaging aids. If we don't have what you want in stock we can source it for you.
Our facility offers keycard access between the hours of 7am and 7pm 7 days a week. Our office is open from 7am to 4.30pm weekdays, from 10am to 2 pm on Saturdays and is closed on Sunday. However if an after hours appointment is required this can easily be arranged.
As soon as you know the dates you will be requiring storage space it is advisable to make a reservation to ensure availability. There is also an application form to complete and payment to be arranged before moving in.
For your protection, we provide you with a written agreement. Please read it thoroughly, and feel free to ask questions. Make a note of your payment date. You will be asked to provide an address and phone number for contact purposes and should bring photo ID in with you. Be sure to notify us of any changes in your contact details.
When you first start renting we require a deposit (much like a bond on a rented house) which is returned on vacating and one calendar month's rent in advance. We accept monthly payments in cash, by credit card, or, for your convenience, by automated payments from your bank account. This last option is suitable for longer term storage.
